Jodrell (Mike Garrett at Wed Feb 7 08:44:30 EST 1996) Success
Observations went OK, and no time lost. The observations were affected by interference. There was strong and persistent interference in VC#7 (175.99 MHz) for the whole experiment. There was also more intermittent interference in VC#14 (181.99 MHz) during the experiment. Also, the wind was quite strong (see below). Note that the telescope had been parked from 12:58-22:15 UT of the previous day (297) because of high winds. Weather was generally fine and sunny, with some cloud but no rain. Wind speed was 15-25 mph, temperature 41 deg F and pressure 1054 mbars.

Noto (Corrado Trigilio at Wed Feb 7 08:45:39 EST 1996) Success
There were no problems with the observations. Clock offset was -14 usec. Weather was cloudy sky, but no wind.

Shanghai (Huang Xinyong at Wed Feb 7 08:47:12 EST 1996) Failure
Observations did not take place as the parity error was not good, majority channels are 10^(-3), a few channels are about 10^(-4).

Simeiz (Alexandre Volvatch at Wed Feb 7 08:48:19 EST 1996) Minor failures
Observations went OK, but there was interference. There was a 0.4 usec clock offset. The weather was cloudy, with temperature 16 C, pressure 773 mm hg and humidity 60-64%.

Urumqi (Lee Suqin at Wed Feb 7 08:49:05 EST 1996) Success
There were no problems with the observations. Clock offset was 1 usec. Weather was fine.

Westerbork (Tony Foley at Wed Feb 7 08:50:08 EST 1996) Success
There were no problems with the observations, but there was regular daytime inteference (320MHz). Clock offset was 1.55 usec. Weather was good, with temperature 12C, pressure 1018mb and 70% humidity. Not raining.
